Really want this to work

Hi
I am desperate for this to work but although I have selected ‘processing’ on the ‘required status’, no upload field appears anywhwere in the order process. I have tried several times with test orders on Chrome and IE but i cannot see the field anywhere.
I am quite happy to pay the sub if i know it works but the free one does not show an upload anywhere?

Any ideas ?
