I was looking at the cron events for an issue unrelated to your plugin. I viewed them using WP Control before I installed the update for Sassy Social Share v3.1. There was only one instance of calc_followers in the cron. After I installed the update wp-cron.php was run and then I noticed 8 instances of calc_followers in the cron events. I have been viewing cron events many times in the past week and have never seen this sort of behavior by Sassy Social Share before. Based on a test a did, I have a theory that all cron events that are scheduled before publish_future_post have to fire or it does not fire. I have disabled counts in Sassy Social Share to see if my theory holds water. But my next post is not till tomorrow, but I wanted to make you aware of this.

There is nothing like calc_followers in our plugin. You can search for this text in the plugin code. This is not related to our plugin.
P.S.: Our plugin doesn’t use cron job.
