Using the One Page Express theme in multiple directories

Hi All,

I felt in love with the One Page Express theme and I wanted to use it for multiple sites. As my website have nothing in common, I have separate WordPress installations each of them in different directories.
When I enabled the one page express companion plugin for my second website (on the same server but different directory) I wasn’t able to change anything for my second site: the customization view has frozen and when I visited my site for review all the icons were missing.

In the plugin I noticed a warning message that it does not work if it has been already activated on the same server.

Is there anyone who have already used it for multiple directories?
As it is an open source plugin, there should be some solution – is there anyone who could give me a guidance how to start the modifications to enable the plugin in a way it will work on all my sites?
