Dashboard Layout Broken in Chrome

Hi, I’ve been using wordpress for a long time. But this is my first problem in dashboard. Right after I install the wordpress 4.8 and login, the dashboard layout broken.

And the dashboard’s content located on the bottom of the page.

And it only happened in chrome. When I try using microsoft edge the layout seems fine.
