• How can i add an option for sales reps to add a status picture of the current status when they update the status?

    Hi seeq,

    This would require the premium version. With the premium version you could create a “File” type custom field, which you could use to upload a picture for an order. Then, when the sales rep who the order is assigned to logs in to WordPress, he’ll be able to upload an image for that order using the custom field.

    We have premium, i did that and i dont see anything like that on the front end.. i tried configuring the custom field for customer, sales rep, and orders. I saw it on the back end when i created an order while it was configured for orders. When i created an order and uploaded a picture, it doesnt show on the front end or allow sales reps to upload and change the picture.. I want sales reps to be able to upload a new picture each time they change the status.

    ok, i realized i had to check the box in the options afterword. But you have to download the pictures to view…

    Also “picture” is an option which i think is what we need, but it doesnt let you select from the front end. Picture does show when you select from the back end though.

    The file type will indeed show the URL/link. What do you mean the picture doesn’t let you select from the front end? There’s no choose file button, the button doesn’t work, something else?

    Ah! Yes, there is no choose file button on the front end for admin/sales for the picture selection (not file)

    Hi seeq,

    Thank you for that. We were able to recreate this issue on our end. We aren’t 100% sure, at the moment, why it’s occurring, but we’ll do a bit of investigating and, when we are able to find the cause, we’ll include a fix in an update.
