Errors For Submitting For Does Not Show

I am using your contact form in the footer on this site.

Noticed I get error messages if the form is anywhere else on the page except for when I put the form in the footer. What would cause them to stop showing validation and form not submitted errors?

I noticed the successful message sent shows, but that is the only response.
