I have uninstalled and deleted the plugin and 2 ads are still randomly appearing on all pages. I also have cleared the site’s and browser’s cache and had customer support remove any remaining plugin data from my files… but the ads continue appearing. How to I remove these ads??

  • If you uninstalled the plugin and ads are still visible, it means the ads source is another plugin or any other theme option. You should check your website settings.

These are not wp quads adds, you are referring to. This is technically not possible after uninstall.

I’ve got this same issue. Cleared site cache, cleared browser cache. Checked on different devices. Deleted/Deactivated plugin, and any recently installed plugins. Still getting ads on one page. Is there any clue in the CSS by inspecting the ad blocks to know it isn’t coming from this plugin?

To anyone else dealing with this.. I spent some more time looking. I recreated the page experiencing the problem by copying all the code into a new one. Everything was fine. I went to add my original Widgets back in and that’s when the ad’s showed up. It was inside of these widgets where the ad script was still being loaded.

    Hope it helps someone.

You can search the HTML code of your website for ‘quads’

If the plugin is correctly uninstalled you will not find any result.

i can confirm the same problem.
i insterted the ad code only when i installed this plugin, but i didn`t like the positions and i deactivated it.
    but ads were still showing.
then i unistalled the plugin but ads are still showing..

im 100% sure that this plugin screwed my site…now i show ads which i dont want… do something to fix it.

Whats your website url @satsoklgr? Where can i see these ads?

If you deleted the plugin you also need to purge your website cache if you are running one.

    Uhm really?

These are no wp quads injected ads!

Check if you have any other ad plugin running or if the ads are added in your theme

Guys, you really have to check more carefully what plugins you install and what they are doing on your website!

To be more clear: If wp quads is uninstalled and your cache is purged, it’s technically not possible that wp quads is still injecting any of your adsense ads into your site. If there are still ads they are “DEFINITELY” embedding by any other function of your website.

    Cheers,
