  • I received a fatal error message as well during activation. The message is:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Parser ….

    Any ideas how to resolve this issue? I’ve installed and used Ninja Form in another site without any problems. My WP version is 4.8

    I appreciate the help.

    @emmaindexr according to your error, it appears that the PHP function utf8_decode() is not available. I would suggest contacting your host to confirm that php-xml package is installed on the server. See: https://php.net/manual/en/function.utf8-encode.php

    @tuty-voa Not sure if this error is related to @emmaindexr; It would depend on the full text of the error. (The php-xml package is a Parser… anyway).
    Are you able to provide the full error of the text?
