Hacked WP site

  • In my public_html directory, I found directories named:

    -63e3
    -d52fa
    -ec34
    -nlyopmi
    -toniyjs

    Since I don’t recognize these, I would appreciate if anyone told me if those are some kind of malware or such. I am very new to all this. Also, in users section, I found 3 users that I would like to know if they should be there:
