After Pressing Choose Files To Upload Nothing Happens HELP

I have been on the phone with HP..they can’t help me…well they made it worse and I erased my computer and put it back to factory settings. (I’m in Firefox by the way) so i write on three sites and they are all not working when I press the Files To Upload button. I am missing the file box to pick. Can anyone help me?
