    Hello, I like your plugin, but it work on my site only when Im logged in.

    Im using newest flatsome, have the shippig zones set up but when Im logged off it returns an error pop up with UNDEFINED

    can you help me how to fix it?

    And now I am having the opposite problem — it seems to work when I’m logged out, but not when I’ logged in. I get the ‘undefined’ response referenced above.

    Your calculator shortcode looks like it will do exactly what I want, if we can get it to do it!

    Our client is having this issue too. However, we are not (at our offices or on our own devices). But our client is seeing this error at their store when they try to do it on multiple computers. We also have the most recent version of the plugin installed.

    I gave up on this free plugin and went with the paid version. For the $25 the plugin costs, I wish I had set it up earlier rather than fussing with trying to get this free one to work. Save yourself the headache and spend the money.

    Sorry for that, I have rewritten the codes to handle the Ajax. Using contact form if still have issue and you will get response quicker
