• Hi, I just updated a site URL (dev to prod) and all URLs in the background images were not found by my SQL queries or a search/replace with Better Search Replace.

I finally found the CSS in the upload -> Elementor -> css folder, doing the search/replaced in the CSS files it works, unless editing the pages with Elementor, then we lose the images again.

This is only effective for background images.

  • Try going to Elementor > Tools in wp-admin and using Elementor’s built-in Replace URL functionality to update Elementor data in your database. Once you’ve done that there is also functionality to Regenerate CSS at the top of the same Tools page.

Yes, I just understood what this function serves, once again Elementor thinks about everything! ??

    Thank you!
