Home Link on Menu Replaced with “#9 (no title)”

    First, love your plugin. Nice work!

    I’m having a strange issue where, ONLY on the 404 page, the “Home” menu item is replaced with “#9 (no title).” 9 is the page ID of the page set as home in my WP install.

    Any idea what would be causing this?
