Restore from CYAN backup

    Hello – I have a backup created with CYAN. Please point me to some instructions on how to upload that backup to my WP site and restore all from that.

    The zip created by CYAN Backup contains a SQL file you can import through your hosting tools (usually phpMyAdmin) as well as a complete copy of your WordPress install that you can upload to your site.
