• No updates in over a year now.

Not fully compatible with PHP7, questionable on whether is compatible with newer versions of WordPress, No new features or enhancements to the plugin.

Should I start looking for alternatives?

I’ve used this plugin for about 2 years, but in those two years, I don’t think I ever got an update. I believe it’s abandoned.

It is not fully PHP-7 compatible, although I am still using it on a PHP-7 installation.

There’s at least one bug that wasn’t originally there. Variable products used to print the price per variation; now it just lists the variation prices as (). I don’t know when that problem appeared; I’d assume during a WooCommerce update, but I can’t prove it.

I’m too looking for a better printing plugin, but printing plugins are rare.

I also emailed the Developer and never got a response so at this point I think it is safe to say it is Abandoned.

As for an alternative, I found this plugin the other day:

    https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-print-products-pdf/14890964

I have not tried it yet or know if it is any good but maybe it might be a solution to replace this plugin. I am going to give it a try out later when I have some more free time.

It still works for me on PHP 7.0.

Compatibility checker for PHP 7.2 is giving a string of errors and warnings.

I think it’s abandoned, and I’m moving on.
