• Hi, wonderful plugin.

We are having some trouble with two reasons:

    1. The files were uploading to the wrong month. We managed to resolved this by deactivating the current theme and reactivating it – not sure why that worked but adding it here for other users.

    2. The file size has been lost on all attachments added prior to this month. Nothing was changed, and new files have the file size showing.

May I also suggest two features? In the page edit admin, allow file names to show, not just attachment ids? Also, some checkbox to allow files to be sorted by date or alphabetically.

The page we are adding attachment to is: https://durrumbulpreschool.com.au/policies-procedures/

    Thanks!

Update: by reactivating the theme, the files are now being recorded as uploading to the wrong month, but are in fact only recorded in the database, not uploaded at all.

Most probably you’re having serious issues with your theme.

I’d suggest trying this out in a local enviroment with any of the default themes to check if the issue is theme related or not.
