• Hi there,
I ran different facebook ad campaign, but I have a problem.
I made a custom audiance where i wantedd to track all the user that visited my thank you page.
I’ve done different setting but the N. is stack to 20 since at least a month and is not the only one.
So my question is, How can I actually track those people that visit only the thank you page?
Is there any reason why it is stack to 20 (Althought i know that way more then that is the right number).

    MY SETTING:
    url to include: http//:www.mysite.it/thankyoupage
    special filter: EXCLUDE>blog behaviour>pages>not contains> /thankyoupage

    Thanks hope you can help!

    Hi,

try to use only “mysite.it/thankyoupage” as url to include. But, I’m not understanding though: you include that URL, but after exclude it by special filter. Shouldn’t it work, or not?

    Let me know.

    Hi antoscarface!

    Thanks for the reply!

I did use the url without the “http” before my current setting but still bloked at 20 user.
After I dind’t excluded the URL itself, but I “EXCLUDED” all the pages that “NOT CONTAIN” the page “THANK YOU”,in order to NOT track all the the other pages.
Theoretically this way i just track the “thank you” page.

    Did I get it wrong?

If you set the URL in “url to include” option, it should already get all users visit that URL and not the others, so you don’t need the new special filter for page.
