    Hi @joshshilditch,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    This plugin adds search form in the right side of navigation menu and doesn’t provide any shortcode for it as the usage of plugin is exclusively for adding search from in menu.

    Best regards,

    Is there any way adding it to the top right of my website as my link above shows?

    In your child theme header.php file you have to call get_search_form function that display search form.

    You mean get_search_form();
    ?

    Ok, I’m calling that now. The search box is displaying, but I want it to just be the magnifying glass. Currently I have it set to ‘drop down’, so it should just be the glass?

    How come it isn’t?

    Again you are getting confused between what you want to achieve and what functionality this plugin provides which i already described in my initial reply.

    Using get_search_form function you are custom coding to display it so now you don’t need Add Search To Menu plugin and any changes made in the plugin settings won’t affect it.

    Actually your question is beyond this plugin support forum but still i am helping you here.
