CSS animation not working in Visual Composer

I have titles and text on my pages that have CSS animation but they’re not showing upon page load. Once I removed the animation they worked, but my client really liked it.

The component being used is “Custom Heading” from Visual Composer by WP Bakery.

Btw, I can’t update the theme.
