Theme customizer page shows -The page isn’t redirecting properly-

    Everything is updated
    Using Firefox

    When I go to theme> customize, everything on the left-hand side shows, but the preview side on the right does not show. Instead, it says “The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

    On the bottom it says “waiting for www .site.com” but we are supposed to be all SSL. Is this what’s causing the problem (that the site is trying to access www instead of https:// or https ://www)?

    [UPDATE] When I view that frame only, it goes to https://www.sitecom/?customize_changeset_uuid=89a2a2e2-b767-40bf-acc2-a2afd5d72e27&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0

    and I get the same “redirect” error message.

    UPDATE

    I found out that by removing the changeset-uuid from the preview frame, I could get the site to show up. All site URLs are the same (https://www.site.com) and we are not running multi-site, so I don’t know what the problem is, except something is pushing a different URL. I disabled the cache plugin, but that hasn’t helped.

    Does anybody know what could be causing this?
