Editor Stylesheet not working

  • I edited this part of my stylesheet in the editor:
    #post-area article.entry .entry-image { width: 30%; overflow: hidden; height: 30%; position: relative;}

    The part I edited was the 30% width and height. By default it was width 100% and height 130px. I know it should have changed as when editing my site in the developer tools using f12 it changed. But I saved it using the wordpress editor and it is still acting as if the height is 130px and the width is 100%
