Broke for Custom Types

Very simple to setup and posts notifications to Slack instantaneously.

However, there is a misplacement of properties for Custom Types. The $post->post_type has to be first in the list on line 428 wordpress-notifications.php
The right order should be $post->post_type, $url, $title, $author.
