    Hi,

    I use a fulfillment company to add products to my site through WooCommerce. I had no issues in the past but suddenly the fulfillment site cannot connect to my store when I try to add products. If I disable WP Seccurity, it works fine, which I don’t want to do in order to keep my site secure. I have whitelisted their ip address range, but I still cannot add products to my site. How and fix the issue?

    Hi,
    Have you tried testing to see which of the features may be causing this?
    Eg, try disabling the firewall rules and test for issue. If issue disappears, try re-enabling each firewall rule until you find which one.
    Similarly try this with other features until you can find which is causing your issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the suggestions. I tried that and it didn’t work. The only thing that worked is disabling all security features which I don’t want to do because it leaves my site vulnerable without having an alternative to wp-admin for login.
