Have to manually create every link ?

Hello, just looked at your video from 2013 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLJ4C3sd7FY and it says each link has to be made manually? Is that really the case or is that just an old video? Your plugin is not able to automatically search existing pages and turn each mention of a term into a link?
