    Hello,

Using WooCommerce 2.6.14 and utilizing PayPal standard checkout, and PayPal Pro for credit cards I am getting the following issue (causing checkout to break) when updating to 1.4.5.

[07-Jun-2017 20:12:56 UTC] PHP Warning: Missing argument 2 for Angelleye_PayPal_Express_Checkout_Helper::angelleye_paypal_express_checkout_redirect_to_paypal() in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/paypal-for-woocommerce/angelleye-includes/express-checkout/class-wc-gateway-paypal-express-helper-angelleye.php on line 157
[07-Jun-2017 20:12:56 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_error_messages() on null in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/paypal-for-woocommerce/angelleye-includes/express-checkout/class-wc-gateway-paypal-express-helper-angelleye.php on line 158

    Thanks

Where exactly is this popping up? You said you’re using PayPal Standard and our plugin for Pro, right? So it’s interesting the error is pointing to Express Checkout.

After updating did you make sure to clear out any caching / CDN services you have in place in WordPress or on the server? Also in your browser..??

    Angelleye,

I found it strange as well since we are not using any express settings. While we do have the setting filled in we do not have it enabled. Could that be an issue?

Yes, we cleared the cache and this issue was reported by multiple customers so browser cache isn’t in play.

So it’s happening when they submit the WC checkout form, or when exactly is this coming up?

    (@firstclasscode)

Correct, once they press the “checkout with paypal” button. They get the standard woocommerce error notice style and it says “internal server error”.

Our latest updates should be backwards compatible with WC 2.6.x and 3.0.x, but it’s possible we missed something. You may want to revert back to PayPal for Woo 1.3.x until you’re able to update to WC 3.0.x.

If you can let us know exactly when that’s happening, though, we’d certainly like to address it. We just aren’t able to reproduce it so we need as much detail as we can get on that. Thanks!

Okay, we’ll run some more tests on WC 2.6 with our updated plugin and see if we’re able to reproduce this.

I have downgraded to 1.4.4 again as a temporary solution. We are planning on upgrading to 3.0 this week. I’ll keep you updated, but I figured you would want to know about the issue. Could just be on our install ??

Oh, interesting, so it’s fine in 1.4.4 but not in 1.4.5. That should help us narrow down what changed. Thanks.

FWIW, I’m getting reports of the same problem here. But I can’t replicate it. Reports from customers aren’t detailed enough to add more to your knowledge.

This has been resolved in the release branch on GitHub and will be included in the 1.4.6 update. If you’d like to you can use the link to download the release branch and update it manually on your site so that you don’t have to wait for the official update release. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about that. Thanks!

    Hello

It fixed the issue for me as well. but now I have this error :
Payment error: 15008-This transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items.

There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway.

@baudouin88, for this we’ll need to see a copy of the request log so we can see the values that got sent for all the totals. Please submit a ticket here and provide that for us.

Ok. How can I get the request log? (sorry)

    I got it nevermind!
