Future updates on premium themes?

Greetings, since you have no pre-sales inquiry form on your website that I could find, I hope you won’t mind my posting a question here!

My question is, if I purchase a theme from you, your ‘what’s included’ does not mention theme updates should you release them…..are free theme updates included?

I also have the same question regarding your free themes, I’m seeking a new Theme for a non-profit organization I volunteer for, we’re hoping to find a free theme that is suitable but can squeeze some money from the budget to buy a Theme if needed. We just want to be sure the Theme we go with will get updated, particularly as WP gets updated.
