Free Shipping Rates for Various Product Categories

    Hi,

    Kindly suggest if this is possible using the woocommerce advance free shipping plugin:

    1. Product categories/sub catergories A, B, C

    2. Various free shipping rates for each

    Eg: Category A would have FREE shipping for only orders of and above Rs.499/-, else FLAT RATE Rs.70/-

    Category B would have FREE shipping for only orders of and above Rs.599/-, else FLAT RATE Rs.60/-

    Even if a customer buys product A and B together, the rule should be followed (seperate flat rate charges need to be applied).

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

    This plugin would only allow you to setup free shipping for the entire order, it isn’t possible to set it up per category.

    I do have another extension that I do believe would fit your needs. In there you can setup the shipping cost according to the cart / category subtotal and allow you to setup the shipping cost accordingly. This way you can setup the cost when its below your threshold, and no cost (free) when its above.
