• ive checked the forums up and down and ive completely reinstalled three times. ive even defined a new database, user, and pass.

i do everything right, then when i go to https://example.com/wp-admin/install.php
my browser just sends a copy of install.php to my downloads folder. both safari and firefox do this.

ive installed WP 4 times before this, i cant imagine why this is happening.

Please, please. i need help, the deadline is looming…

    thanks in advance.

I think so. review this screen shot from my plesk homepage here
this would indicate to me that they are indeed on the same server, although i may be mistaken. this is not exactly my area.

ill speak to my host today, but before i do – any other possibilities anyone can see?
