  • Hi,

This works for us in our testing on the sites we’ve tried it from. As such, we need more info from you. Please can you open your developer console when that page loads, and after the attempt, tell us what’s in your developer console? https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-open-my-browsers-developer-tools/

my apologies – I left out some pertinent information!

In Shield there is an option:

Use G.A.S.P. Protection To Prevent Login Attempts By Bots

This puts a tickbox on the login page with the I’m a human prompt

    So to recreate the issue:

Do not tick the I’m a human
(this generates a prompt: Please check the box to show us you’re a human.)

Tick the box and attempt login again – nothing happens and there is no Console output

If you remember to tick the box the first time login with Keyyy works fine ??

OK! I’d suggest just removing that box. A bot can’t login to an account protected by Keyy. Bots do password brute-forcing; part of the point of Keyy is to make that irrelevant, because Keyy uses RSA keypair cryptography instead. So, such a protection is redundant/duplicated by Keyy.
