By the way, I have added

define('WPFC_CACHE_QUERYSTRING', true);

But still the page with query string slower, I tested it on a same page by adding a query string that does nothing.

The page for testing has a response time around 200ms-, adding a query string increases it to 400ms+

yes, I see. the page is cached but the cache is served via php instead of apache. it causes slowness. In addition your server is not fast.
