Ticker Not Displaying

    Hi,

    I love this plugin but I’m having trouble getting it to work.

    I installed Ditty News Ticker and inserted this code info my header:
    <?php if(function_exists('ditty_news_ticker')){ditty_news_ticker(1268);} ?>

    I know it’s functioning because when I look at the code I see this:

    However, nothing ticks across the screen and after hours of banging my head against the wall, I’m stuck.

    The domain-name is nameexperts.

    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

    The most common cause for an unresponsive ticker (when using scroll or rotate mode) is a javascript error on your site coming from another plugin or theme. Any type of javascript error will most likely kill any other javascript that is loaded after it.

    On your site I’m seeing the following error:

    targeting.min.js:1
Uncaught TypeError: e.conditions.filter is not a function
    at o (targeting.min.js:1)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (targeting.min.js:1)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js:2)

    You’ll need to resolve this error before the ticker will start running. Please look through this article https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/article/1483 to narrow down where the error may be coming from.

    I am closing this ticket. The issue is due to a javascript error that is unrelated to Ditty News Ticker.
