Add to Menu in Dashboard Left Side

It would be handy to quickly get to list a group of menus, by having a sub-menu link, under Plugins in the Menu on the left side of the Dashboard.

This sub-menu could be call “Groups” and be placed between “Installed Plugins” and “Add New”.

This feature would save time when accessing groups, because it would negate the need to click on plugins (and load that page), then click on the group desired.
The menu would allow the user a direct route to a list of a particular group.
