    Search for a snippet, to rename the subscriber role by a new one for example
    Subscriber role per customer
    For me integrate the following code into the functions.php file of our child theme:

    Hi,

    Open “Users->User Role Editor”,
    Select “Subscriber” role,
    Click “Rename Role”.
    ‘subscriber’ role will get a new name but will still have an old ID – ‘subscriber’.
