Is it possible to add a title attribute to $calendar_output’s HTML?

  • I really need to put a title attribute into $calendar_output’s a HTML tag, and then I need to put there the post titles of the posts posted on a determined day.

    I hope I made myself clear. Is that in some way possible?

    The calendar function is just a copy of the calendar function that ships with WordPress. It’s pretty difficult to change the output. I’m guessing you want a calendar with post titles? Or is it only the title attribute?

    I want to be able to get the post titles from the posts on every day so that when I place the cursor over a day on the calendar a list of all the post titles get displayed via a title attribute.

    For example:

    <a href="#" title="List of all post titles of the hovered day">31</a>
