GDE Error: Error retrieving file – if necessary turn off error checking (404:Not

Hi, My hosting company created a new address (this address is not live yet) for me to migrate the website to and do some updates. Now after migrating and updating the website I’m getting this error on some pages that include some pdf files. I went through all the steps to update the url in the new database.

here is the link to one of the pages in the old/original site:
