    Does speed booster support caching also? If so, how can I enable it? I installed on my site, and it is already pretty good. But caching would be great too.

    I mean, if this plugin also caches the website files, images, etc. Used it for some time and seems like it does though.

    No, this plugin does not cache what you mentioned above as far as I know. I use this plugin in conjunction with a cache plugin.
