Username & password not working after migration to 1&1 host

Im attempting to move hosting package from PlanetHippo to 1&1 internet.
I have used the All-in-One migration plugin to backup my website and when restoring to a fresh install of WordPress with 1&1 the update permalinks stage asks for me to sign in using the WordPress username and admin page. None of my previous or current sign ins work.
Is there a simple process where I can check and remedy this? The website content has come over to the new hosting just I can’t sign in to the admin page anymore even though I have the correct sign in details written down.

Sometimes this happens because of security plugins.
See if you have security plugins installed and disable them by renaming their directory names in wp-content/plugins or in wp-content/mu-pluginsThere is a also a script written that will reset the password of the first user: https://gist.github.com/yani-/28ebe1670cd28364d871cc7de77c07c7
