Black overlay over media – error

That looks strange – I have never seen that before. Is there a javascript error on that page? Look in dev tools in your browser.

Sorry, I’m really not that great at knowing what to look for there. I’m thinking this is likely the error you’re looking for but if not, then please just tell me where you want a screen shot of!

I have tried it with maintenance mode deactivated which didn’t make any difference so obviously turned that one back on as the website is still being set up.

thanks for posting that. Can you try deactivate the Customizr theme and activate 2015 and see if you still get the same result. I am just trying to find what is causing this conflict

No difference. It’s still showing up the same on the pre-existing ones and creating the same error if I do a new one.

Looking at your screenshot again, there seems to be a little white square. What is that?

No idea, just a little white square!

So is there a way to try to fix it with a login? I can’t see a way to pm on here? I have bought foobox to use with the gallery and I’d be disappointed if I have to find another gallery to try to use with it instead.

If it helps you work it out, I’ve found that if I’m quick as the page loads I can get in to add media as normal before the black overlay of death descends on it!
