Problem with displaying button

  • I use Hueman theme, site https://www.dachnichek.ru. I am having several questions:
    1. I would like to add description text to right and left sidebars. For now they do display only the title and pic. How to do this?

    2. I am using the plugin maxbuttons. It adds the button with posting a shortcode to posts. But the button is displayed only in the top post, and not displayed at all the rest. How to display the buttons everywhere at posts on the main page?
