Has Support Stopped for Vuukle?

Vuukle hasn’t worked quite right for several weeks now, but when I try to do the ‘Raise a Ticket’ on their site, it states that page no longer exists and when you hit the ‘Support’ button it won’t go anywhere. It just keeps you on the same page.

I’ve sent ten e-mails to their support email now with no response so just wondering if this is about to go the LiveFyre way out into the cold lonely night…
