wp-admin – error – The page isn’t redirecting properly

Hi
I just installed a clean version of wordpress in a subfolder

When I try to log into the admin I get the following error:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete

I have cleared cache, tried multiple browsers, had someone try from different location, no plugins installed, disabled .htaccess file…

Nothing working.
Can someone tell me how to get access to my admin page please?
