Like and comment glitch

I’m not sure what version i’m using i’m mostly using website online so yesterday i was leaving a comment on a few posts and what i noticed was that my comment appeared on that person’s page for a few seconds then out of no where then disappeared off my screen but the user was able to reply back to me as if they were able to see it on their page (If that makes sense) and now today i can’t like anything using my computer but i can sometimes on my phone so i don’t understand what’s up with that i’m also not a coder the only thing i just do is post so please help
