Blog posts show in windows but not in IOS

The theme is Philanthropy by ThemeFuse, the plugin w3 total cache is installed and the basic setup from online was used to set up the plugin. The problem is with w3 total cache tuned on blog posts show just fine in both windows and IOS platforms when clicking “View Posts” from the admin tool bar.
After logging out of admin, all posts showed up in chrome and Firefox just fine on a windows machine, but the most recent post did not show up on any type of IOS platform.
Researching this issue on the web focused my attention to the Page Cache function of W3 Total Cache. I manually cleared the cache and the problem went away. Can anyone help me understand what to do so that this IOS issue does not happen again. Manually clearing the cache for each blog post is not the right solution.
