What about unused images?

  • So I LOVE this plugin. It rocks.Should be part of ACF core IMHO. Here’s my only issue: How do you clean out un-used cropped images if you’re not saving them to the media library? I realize this plugin does let you save to the library, but that produces a lot of extra images that clutter stuff up. And WP doesn’t see them as being used anyway, so it’s pointless for that purpose alone. Right now if a user changes their mind 5 times about an image using an ACF image crop field, there are 4 extra images somewhere in the uploads folder that will sit there forever. Any ideas?
