    I wrote in the past 2 years my first Question in your Ticket System for getting help!!! And you deleted it? Cause I′m not able to view my open ticket anymore since today. Yesterday I updated my Ticket there with just the words that it will be nice if you would replied to my open ticket which is still unanswered until since 5 days now!!!!!!

    While here on WordPress almost the most answers got replied by you in often less hours!!!!!!! Is this your Support for Customers who bought your Script?

    As I read and see here in this forum I am not alone with this kind of your Support Practice for Costumers who bought your Plugin.

    I just want simply a answer and advice for my Ticket: 482827

    Your ticket exists and active. We never delete any tickets. And of course it will be answered.

    My guess will be – your browser cached it incorrectly. I have no issues doing exactly what you did and see the ticket:
