Create a Venue Just Spins

    I have used both your free & pro versions of your calendar many times. This issue happens to be on the free version that I am helping a friend out with.

    If we post 1 event, all works fine. However, after that first event is posted, if we go to Create a Venue it just spins & spins & never has the option to create that venue to show up again. So we cannot get a new location setup for other events. Does this seem to be a theme related issue or something else?

    Additionally, is there a way to use visual composer on the event pages?

    And lastly on the main calendar page we are using list view. Is there any way that the line breaks setup on the event page text box show up the same way on the main calendar list view page?

    Should I be posting this on your premium plugin forum since I have the premium plugin for other sites? The site that I posted this question about is running the free plugin.

    Please advise on what to do, this was first posted 8 days ago.

    I’m sorry for the delay here, we always try to respond in 7-10 days but we’ve been having a higher demand in the last couple of weeks.

    That seems it could be a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. ??

    We don’t have native support for Visual Composer or any other page builder. But you should be able to customize our templates by following this guide

    I’m not sure I understand your last question. Could you please explain that a bit further? Perhaps you could send us a screenshot about this.
