List additions not working…need help.

No known issues specific with Avada, to be honest. While cron may be activated, it is possible that it’s not executing scheduled tasks like expected. This is a bigger issue than we can address alone via our plugin. That said, if you’re on 1.2.5, there should be a setting that allows you to bypass the use of cron completely for sending users to your associated list. If you could try things out with that enabled, and get back to us, we’d appreciate it. If it’s still not working after that, then we’ll need to dig in a bit further to see what’s maybe going on.

The rest should take care of itself for bypassing the cron.

Hmmm…just checked and it was already checked…think I went through this with CC support. The hard thing is having to wait two days per the CC delay issue.

This shouldn’t have any sort of delay, that I’m aware of. It hasn’t when I’ve done my own testing.

Is the form in question available somewhere publicly that I could look things over at?

The delay is an issue at CC level. Has nothing to do with the plug in or what I’ve done. I temporarily made the form private and am using a CC form embedded into their list generation tools. Otherwise, it would have been at vvista.net, under connect.

Hopefully, they’ll figure it out. I can’t wait two days to see if it works. As I may loose respondents/visitors to my site that want to sign up.

I’m willing to help test and see how long it takes with the plugin here. We make direct API requests and it’s been swift with our code here, for what it’s worth. May work better than stated elsewhere, and if it is, then you’d be able to start using right away.

Let me know what you think, and we can continue from there if needed.
