Why there are two width value for .site::width in my 2014 theme?

As far as i knonw only one value is validate for element’s attribution,the preferred will overlap others.
ttribution’s value overlaped by preferred one
Here is the width values of .site::before in my 2014 theme

width: 400px;
}
.site::before {
width: 222px;
}width own two values in .site::before
