    Hey Thales,

Sorry that there seems to be some sort of issue here! Can you tell me more about your feed and when this started happening? Is this happening only with a certain hashtag or screenname? Can I take a look at the page? Feel free to use our support form if you’d prefer here: https://smashballoon.com/custom-twitter-feeds/support/

    Thanks!

    Hey Craig,
    thanks for helping out.

If you try in the smashbaloon demo it also has the same error.

Let me know if you need any other specific link.

    Best,

    Hey again,

Thanks for contacting us with the contact form! This specific issue is related to the fact that Twitter will only return tweets for hashtag feeds made within the last 7 days. We have a feature that caches tweets indefinitely once the feed is started but initially that is all the tweets that can be retrieved.

The screenshot you sent suggests there could be something else going on so let me know if you have any more details about how that was produced. You can reply here or in the ticket you created.

    Thanks!

    Hi Craig,
Is there any way for me to return posts prior to 7 days ?

This is what smashballon returns and below there’s a link to what twitter returns:
    https://smashballoon.com/custom-twitter-feeds/demo/?hashtag=WDLive

    https://twitter.com/search?q=%23WDLive&src=typd

This is a crucial feature for a client to be able to display archive hashtags.

    Best,
    T

    Hey again,

I suppose the only other thing you could do is use our feed filtering feature available in the “Pro” version. This will take user feeds and filter them by hashtags. It works best if there are somewhat frequent tweets made by the user with that hashtag. Is it a single account you are trying to show tweets from?

User feeds and other feed types will return all tweets regardless of how old. Otherwise “search” feeds can never recover older tweets unfortunately.

Let me know if you have more questions.
