Manually generated orders pay link fail (Customer Payment Page)

Thank you for this fantastic free plugin.
Works perfectly fine when customer checkout with products added in the cart in the traditional way.
We have an issue though:
We usually generate manually orders (with “Fees” added) and we send the direct link with the pay page, “Customer Payment Page” to the customer .
In this case, when we click “PAY FOR ORDER” something goes wrong and we are getting redirected back to the default woo “empty Cart Page” with the default message “Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty.”
It looks like that the plugin cannot “see” the order and it doesn’t execute the redirect with the bank at all.
Is there something we could do about it?
